What we collect
We collect only the minimum data needed to rent you a car: your name, IC/passport number, driver license, contact number, address, payment details and rental dates. When you browse this site we record anonymous analytics — page views, device class, referrer, country/region — so we can keep the site working.
How we use it
- Process and fulfil your rental booking.
- Verify identity and licence at handover.
- Send booking confirmations, pickup reminders and post-rental follow-up.
- Keep accounting records for the period required by Malaysian law.
- Improve the site through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: payment processors to take payment; insurance partners during a claim; and law enforcement when required by Malaysian law (PDPA 2010, Road Transport Act 1987).

How long we keep it
Booking records: 7 years (tax + accounting requirement). Analytics: 14 months. Marketing contact lists: until you opt out.
Children
You must be 21+ with a valid driver license to rent. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will post any updates here and bump the “Last updated” date. Material changes (new third-party processors, new data categories) will be flagged at booking time.
