How It Works.
1.Eligibility
- Promotion is applicable only to full-paying customers.
- Customers with outstanding payments, disputes, or pending matters are not eligible.
- Blacklisted customers are strictly prohibited from participating.
2.Point Accumulation
Points are awarded per completed rental:
- 1-day rental = 1 point
- 3-day rental = 2 points
- 7-day rental = 3 points
3.Redemption Rules
- 7 points = 1 FREE rental day.
- Points may accumulate across multiple rentals.
- Excess points may be carried forward.
- Redemption must occur on the next qualifying rental before earning new points.
4.Free Day Conditions
- Free day covers rental charges only; excludes insurance, deposits, fees.
- Subject to vehicle availability and average car category previously rented.
- Cannot be split, exchanged for cash, or carried beyond the campaign period.
5.Driver & Vehicle Responsibility
- Only the registered renter may drive the vehicle.
- Unauthorised drivers or damages result in disqualification and forfeiture of points.
